We've been preparing for Black History Month in February by learning all about Ruby Bridges and creating Double Bubble Maps comparing ourselves to her. How am I similar to or different than Ruby Bridges? How is my life similar to or different than that of Ruby Bridges? We'll hang them up in the hallway when we get done so that other classes can learn about her as they walk by!
